AI has officially moved past the experimental phase. Today, autonomous AI "agents" are actively managing complex workflows and delivering massive, measurable results—like reducing a four-to-six-week audit review down to just a day or two.
But there is a catch: deploying AI just for the sake of automation doesn't produce results. The organizations actually succeeding are the ones that define their outcomes first. While everyone wants an automation-first strategy, building one that holds up to real-world AI, security, and privacy laws and other requirements is a much bigger challenge. The risks of giving autonomous systems access to sensitive environments are very real.
This session brings together three unique perspectives to tackle this challenge head-on: an enterprise leader deploying AI in a highly regulated industry, an advisor guiding companies through automation strategy, and legal counsel explaining where the risks live. Expect a high-level, candid conversation about what is actually working in the real world—and what is breaking.
